Vũ Nhật Tân (1970 – 2020), là một nghệ sĩ nhạc thính phòng/piano, và đồng thời là một nghệ sĩ đa phương tiện theo đuổi dòng nhạc điện tử. Sau khi tốt nghiệp Học viện âm nhạc Quốc gia Việt Nam, anh đã theo học nhạc điện tử và nhạc mới tại Đức. Vũ Nhật Tân trình diễn tại nhiều lễ hội âm nhạc quốc tế uy tính như Louisiana Festival of Contemporary Music (Baton Rouge, 2002), Totally Huge New Music Festival (Perth, 2003), Asian Music Festival (Tokyo, 2004),…
Từ năm 2002, Vũ Nhật Tân thể hiện những khám phá mạnh mẽ hơn đối với nhạc điện tử hiện trường và thực hiện nhiều trình diễn với máy tính, thiết bị điện tử và thiết bị âm thanh. Anh cũng hợp tác với nhiều nghệ sĩ trong nước và quốc tế. Nhạc điện tử của Vũ Nhật Tân gây ấn tượng tại các lễ hội Hanoi Soundstuff Festival (Vietnam), Hanoi New Music Festival (Vietnam), BEK Piksel Festival for Digital Arts (Norway).... Anh đã từng giảng dạy tại khoa ngẫu hứng và sáng tác Học viện Âm nhạc Quốc gia Việt Nam.
Vũ Nhật Tân (1970 – 2020) was a composer of orchestral/chamber/piano, and electro/computer & multimedia works. After graduating from Vietnam National Academy of Music, he studied computer music and new music at the music college in Cologne, Germany. In addition, he studied composition with Chinary Ung at the University of California at San Diego, USA. Since 2002, Vũ Nhật Tân had turned to stronger work in the electronics field and had himself perform with laptop, electronic equipment and sound instruments. He gave many live concerts in collaboration with other local and international artists. His notable electronic/experimental music appearance includes performing at Hanoi Soundstuff Festival (Vietnam), Hanoi New Music Festival (Vietnam), BEK Piksel Festival for Digital Arts (Norway) and numerous other performances/projects in Vietnam, Singapore, Japan, Australia, France,…He taught composition and music improvisation in the new department for electronic music at the Vietnam National Academy of Music in Hanoi.
